Safety precautions and procedures to keep you safe

The owner of My Salon Suite will be providing professional sanitation and disinfection of all of the common areas every night after all businesses close for the day. Hand sanitizer will also be provided in the lobby.

Clients will not be permitted to use the lobby as a waiting area because the space does not allow the recommended 6 feet of social distance. Clients must remain in their vehicles and text their stylist when they arrive. When the stylist has finished disinfecting their suite from the previous client, you will be sent a text to meet your stylist at the door. You can text me at 919-943-1121

We are not permitted to allow more than one client at a time. The exception being a parent and child or Caregiver and client.

Masks that cover both the face and nose and attach behind the ears are required for all clients and for children they may be accompanying. I would prefer you furnish your own mask/s until supply chains improve.

I will wear a proper fitting mask while in the presence of others.

I will be monitoring myself daily for all of the known Covid-19 symptoms which include a fever, dry cough, shortness of breath, chills, fatigue, muscle pain, and sudden loss of taste or smell. If you find you have any symptoms or any of the known risk factors, please let me know before your scheduled appointment. I will reschedule your appointment for a later date.

Personal items will be limited at your visit. Items allowed are as follows: One purse/handbag, one coat/raincoat, umbrella, cellphone, keys.

All clients will be provided with clean and properly sanitized capes and towels. I will be following laundering recommendations provided by the CDC and the local health dept. No salon linens will be reused on clients.

All tools, implements, touchable surfaces, including chairs, armrests, door handles, shampoo bowls, payment collection, retail products will be cleaned and disinfected between each client.

For the time being, I will schedule future appointments. Please send your requests via email. Prebooking is highly recommended because spaces will be more limited due to the many precautions and my inability to take more than one client at a time.
